Choose your account type from the homepage and complete the matching registration form. Email verification is required before the account is created. Adviser registration may require a valid credential code, while coordinator and HTE accounts can remain subject to the system's approval workflow.
Open Find HTE, review a published listing aligned with your course, and submit the required application details. Each posting is treated as its own listing, so its role, requirements, and available slots are tracked separately. The application status will update after the HTE reviews it.
Each published listing contributes its own capacity to the HTE's total available slots. For example, listings with five and two slots provide seven slots in total. Applications still remain connected to the specific posting the student selected.
Students can follow application updates from their dashboard and notifications. HTE representatives review applicants from the Applicants page. Once an application is accepted, the student appears in the HTE Interns workflow and internship progress can begin.
These documents are part of the student's internship readiness requirements. Upload them from the appropriate student document or profile workflow. The dashboard keeps them marked as required until a valid file has been submitted and recognized by the system.
The student records the date, time in, time out, and break duration. ITech IMS deducts the break from the total period and adds the resulting net time to the internship's rendered hours. Future-dated entries are not allowed, and entries should reflect work already completed.
The student can manage their own DTR. The assigned HTE can view DTR records for interns accepted by that company, while the assigned adviser can monitor rendered hours and internship status from student progress views. Access is limited to the users connected to that internship.
Yes. Student and HTE conversations, as well as adviser and HTE conversations, support file attachments up to 15 MB per file. Supported documents and media can be previewed in the message attachment viewer when the browser can render them, and files can also be downloaded.
An adviser can start a conversation with HTEs where their students have applied. An HTE can start a conversation with the assigned adviser of a student who applied to that company. This keeps adviser-to-HTE communication connected to an actual student application.
Yes. From the HTE Interns page, the supervisor name and email can be changed for an individual student or returned to the company default. The saved supervisor is then reflected in connected adviser and student internship views.
HTE representatives manage postings from Internship Listing. A listing includes the role, course alignment, work setup, requirements, and slot count. Only published listings are presented to eligible students in Find HTE; hidden or draft listings remain unavailable for new applications.
The date notarized is used as the MOA start date. The expiration date is calculated by adding the validity years supplied by the HTE. Coordinators can review the notarized date, validity period, calculated expiration date, and uploaded MOA from the Companies workflow.
Students are matched through their course, year level, and section. Advisers can then view their live class roster, monitor internship progress, publish classwork, and review submissions for the students assigned to their section.
Use Forgot Password from the login page and enter the email connected to your account. Follow the reset instructions sent to that address. If the account is still awaiting verification or approval, complete that process first or contact the appropriate OJT coordinator.
